It was New Year's Eve party.
Around the campfire, all the happy faces, except one.
And yes, that was me.
But I had no idea why I was unhappy. I was unhappy
because she was not with me, or I was unhappy because she was enjoying life
without me. At that moment I had no idea that this night will change my life completely.
That night I realised “Happiness comes only to those
who want to adopt it.” and I decided to give myself one another chance.
Since that day, I started enjoying the small things. Started
salsa classes to learn something new and eventually I got few new friends. Gradually
I found a new man inside me, and over the time I came to know that my own
existence is far better than someone else's.
Finally,
I became the same old man who was lost somewhere between reality and
repentance.

DeleteLovely take on the prompt. It's so important to understand that happiness starts with us and we have to be determined to find it. I could completely relate to it.
